Availability: If a book is listed on our website, it is available at the price shown. Out of print books are not listed on our website. We do not list forthcoming books, unless clearly marked as “Coming Soon”. 

Discount Policy: Our discount policy for retailers is: 1or 2 books – 20%, 3 or more books (single or assorted titles) – 40%, and course adoptions – 25 %. We charge shipping and handling based on our contract with Canada Post, and thus based on the weight of the order shipped and destination to which it is shipped. We add GST, which is 5% the value entire order including shipping and handling, except in NL, NS, and NB. For orders to those 3 provinces, GST is charged on the value of the books while HST (14%) is added to the shipping and handling cost.

Returns: We do accept returns, subject to the terms below, provided the books are in clean, resalable condition – that means all vendor stickers must be totally removed. If the books are not clean, we will try to clean them and will assess a cleaning fee of $15.00 per hour if we are successful. If we cannot clean the books, or they are damaged, no credit will be given. Instead, we give you the option of having the books returned to you at your cost.

To assure the books you are returning arrive in resalable condition, here are a few suggestions:

• Always wrap the books in something (plastic wrap, a bag) so they aren’t scuffed and scratched by the box.
• Don’t leave a lot of empty space in the box, fill it with packing material (paper, bubble wrap)
• Use a reasonable amount of tape when sealing the box.

Following these suggestions should prevent us rejecting your returns.

We prefer that permission to return is sought prior to the books being returned. In many cases we will gladly extend return privileges to avoid over-handling of books, and to save money for all of us.

We will grant permission to return books shipped on invoices at least 3 months old, and up to one year after the date of invoice. Please provide the original invoice number, and send the books to us postage prepaid.

If you are returning more than five books please return them to our warehouse as follows:
